Shipping policy
When will my order ship?
To ensure you receive the freshest vegan treats possible, we ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid delays over the weekend. All orders placed after 10 am Tuesday EST will ship the following week to maintain peak freshness and quality.We do not process or ship orders during the weekend or Holidays.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are sent via UPS/USPS Priority shipping. Average delivery times are 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. Please note that we are not responsible for orders marked as delivered but not received. We recommend monitoring your tracking number and ensuring someone is available when your order arrives.
Why hasn’t my tracking information updated?
Tracking information updates aren’t always immediate. Carriers sometimes delay location updates by several days. Rest assured, your vegan chocolate-covered treats are still en route and likely further along than tracking reflects.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Email us as soon as possible at Admin@melanatedberries.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, There will be a $15.00 Address Correction fee assessed for any address corrections made.We’ll do our best to correct it. Unfortunately, once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Melanated Berris LLC will not be responsible for packages refused by the recipient, or for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please include apartment/suite numbers, East/West street assignments, etc. where applicable. Business addresses will require a company name and/or suite number to avoid any correction fees.
Can I include a note with my order?
Yes! Use the "note" section at checkout to add a personalized message for your recipient.Â
Will the price appear on the order?
No, we do not include pricing or payment receipts in our packages. Only an items list of what products were purchased.
What if I want my order delivered on a specific date?
We strive to ship your order as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. For special occasions or holidays, please place your order at least a week in advance—or earlier if delays are likely.
What if my Delivery is delayed?
Delivery delays can occur due to weather, businesses being closed, incorrect addresses, etc. These delays may affect ship dates and/or arrival dates. Melanated Berries will do our best to ship in a timely manner, but we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to these delays or address issues.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact Melanated Berries within 48 hours of your shipment being delivered.
What is your return/refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll work to resolve it promptly.
