Refund policy

No refunds. All sales are final. Any order changes or cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance. Any add ons to orders will be charged accordingly. Send order inquiries to Admin@melanatedberries.com or using our Contact Us page. If you choose to completely cancel your order for another time, we will give you store credit to make your order for a different time/ event. Customers also have the option to get their order as a gift card credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, send pictures as well. We will be more than happy to look into a replacement. Issues for products must be made within 48 hours of order received.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to COVID-19 there are no returns on products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.Â
